This Refugee Week we reflect on the meaning of home and community. Whether your journey to York started locally, or from the other side of the world, you are part of our community. We hope that as a York alum, you will always think of York as home and carry us with you in your heart.
We’re inviting you to share your memories of your time at York and beyond on our digital map below. We encourage you to add photos and add memories outside of the main campus to make this map as international as possible!
- Tell us how York made you feel at home
- Share a recipe for a home-cooked dish
- Show us pictures of you at home in York or elsewhere
If you want to include your own memories, click the + button in the top right hand corner, give your memory a title and location, and image if you have one and some more information. Once approved your memory will appear on the map for others to see.
Please note: only submit if you consent to having your memories reposted on social media and other channels, please view our privacy policy here.
